354 – Assault or criminal force to women with intent to outrage her modesty.(Punish:1yr – 5yr + fine)

354B – Assault or use of criminal force to women with intent to disrobe. (Punish: 3yr – 7yr + Fine)

354C – Voyeurism. (Punishment 1^st conviction Punish: 3yr – 7yr + Fine), (2^nd conviction 3yr – 7yr + Fine)

354D – Stalking. (Punishment 1^st conviction Punish: 3yr + Fine), (2^nd conviction 5yr+ Fine)

OF KIDNAPPING, ABDUCTION, SLAVERY & FORCED LABOUR

366 – Kidnapping, Abducting or inducing women to compel her marriage, etc. (Punish: upto 10 yr + fine)

366A – Procuration of minor girl. (Punish: upto 10 yr + fine)

366B – Importation of girl from foreign country. (Punish: Upto 10 yr + fine)

372 – Selling Minor for purposes of prostitution, etc. (Punish: Upto 10 yr + fine)

373 – Buying minor for purposes of prostitution, etc. (Punish: Upto 10 yr + fine)

375 – Rape

376DA – Punishment for gang rape under16 Years of age. (Punish: life imprisonment + fine)

376DB – Punishment for gang rape under12 Years of age. (Punish: life imprisonment + fine or Death)

376E – Punishment for repeat offenders. (Punish: life imprisonment or Death)

CHAPTER 20: OFFENCES RELATING TO MARRIAGE

493 – Cohabitation caused by a man deceitfully inducing a belief of lawful marriage. (Punish: extend to 10yr + fine)

494 – Marrying again during lifetime of husband or wife (Bigamy). (Punish: extend to 7yr + fine)

495 – Same offence with concealment of former marriage from person with whom subsequent marriage is contracted. (Punish: extend to 10yr + fine)

496 – Marriage ceremony fraudulently gone through without lawful marriage. (Punish: extend to 7yr + fine)

497 – Adultery (Repealed). (Punish: extend to 5yr or with fine or with both)

498 – Enticing or taking away or detaining with criminal intent a married woman. (Punish: extend to 2yr or with fine or with both)

498A – Husband or relative of husband of a woman subjecting her to cruelty. (Punish: extend to 3yr + fine)
